My Dilemma!
So.. I am really enjoying my hair journey but im so conflicted! I love learning all this new information! I get so much help and so many links to more information!! Anyway... Now that I see all these challenges and all these things i can do with my hair I want to try them, but i put my hair in braids.. :crying:... now this isnt a bad thing at all but it prevents me from doing things... I want to deal with my own hair and even though i said i wanted to go natural I dont think i am ready for that... I want my hair to grow out and i want to use my natural pattern but I dont think i can do that. I am debating on whether i am going to get texlaxed now (Monday to be exact) or if i am going to wait until december. Also im wondering if i should take the braids out and try to deal with natural but i dont think i will stay that way long. SO there is my dilemma. Hopefully this works out for the best.

20 MINUTE FAST BLASTER
The Workout Your Body Craves
Melt fat fast with these 3 workouts--all 20 minutes or less
By Marianne McGinnis , Marianne McGinnis is a former Prevention associate editor.
I got this article off of the Prevention magazine website. I tried it just a few minutes ago and i definitely felt that this would be good to write about. Basically this exercise lasts twenty minutes and it is pretty intense (at least since i am doing this for the first time). I felt great after doing this. You will need some good tennis shoes (i did it barefoot) and a watch (stop watch).
Here are the steps:
walk in place (2 min)
jumping jacks (12 sec)
march in place (18 sec)
speed skater (12 sec) - basically in this step you act like you are speed skating jumping from
side to side
march in place (18 sec)
high knees (12 sec)
march in place (18 sec)
twist (12 sec) - just like the dance
march in place (18 sec)
*repeat sections from the speed skater to the end 7 times
cool down walking around (or in place) for 2 minutes!
now you are done! Do this 3 times a week on non consecutive days. Enjoy!
EVERYONE NEEDS A Beauty Journal!!! = )
This is a great idea for people who have alot of goals and need to remember them and things that they like and dislike. I also use this journal to take pictures of ideas of things that I would like to try and things that I need to do! Hope this helps give you an idea! Comments are welcome on ALL posts and videos!
Organic's Hair Mayonnaise- Product Review
This is the first time I have used hair mayonnaise. I ABSOLUTELY love using this! My hair feels so soft and wonderful! There isnt anything deeper to say! The treatment is supposed to strengthen hair instantly, help stop breakage and restore softness and shine. I can honestly say that this product did restore softness and shine! As for the breakage and strengthening my hair instantly, I felt as though my hair was stronger but stopping breakage I'm not sure about since my hair is not broken off. However, I recommend this product to anyone who need to treat their hair. Also, I have substituted this for my protein treatment, so if your hair doesn't need as much protein as others then i suggest you use this! 5 stars out of 5 *****
Product Review (Organic's Olive Oil Deep Conditioner)
I just bought this product a few days ago and I ABSOLUTELY love it! It leaves your hair feeling soft and very manageable. The container is 15 oz so this will last a long while. This is a treatment for weak, damaged hair; however my hair is neither of these but i use this product anyway. This product is "fortified and enriched with Extra Virgin Olive Oil" and after using this my hair felt so moisturized. My hair FELT and LOOKED healthy. After using this product I almost didnt put my hair in braids because I loved the way my hair looked and felt and how I could maneuver it in any way i wanted. I definitely give this product a 5 out of 5 stars *****
